After years of training and competitions, I became the Junior Kung Fu Sanshou champion in Egypt. As a result, I was asked to join the Egyptian national team and began training for the Wushu, Kung-Fu world championship with the honor of being the youngest fighter ever taken onto the national team. It was during this period that I began training in kickboxing as well.

At the age of 20, I became the Senior Wushu, Kung-Fu champion of Egypt. I represented Egypt in the 1st international Afro-Asian Wushu Kung-Fu Championship, and won. I also participated in the Wushu Sanshou World Cup in China, and placed third.

Throughout my Kung-Fu Sanshou career, I continued to train and compete in kickboxing. I became the top ranked kick-boxer in Egypt in 2004. I continue to attend training camps for boxers to maintain and improve my skills.

The strength and the cure is within you. At Konga Fitness we believe in a balanced life. The key to fitness success is a balanced diet and balanced training program. We believe in whole foods and whole movements. Our bodies, life, food and relationships fall under the same ideology. Being healthy, fit and strong is we are about, it is not just an hour in weight room, it is life commitment, it is life style. Our theory revolves around the health and fitness pyramid. Starting with the base of the pyramid, we focus on mobility and flexibility, we than build your body up by improving your stability. Once we have accomplished these two essential fitness goals, we focus on building strength and move into your power and speed.

Becoming a better version of yourself! We believe that fitness is best described as the goal of an individual to become a stronger version of themselves. To do this, you must believe in yourself and your abilities before anything else to achieve your goals. The only role model that matters throughout your fitness journey however is the best of YOU, and what YOU are capable of achieving. Your physiological abilities play a big role in determining how far you can go in terms of fitness goals, but the key to maximizing your overall capabilities is to strengthen and balance the mind, body, and soul. This is the foundation of Konga Fitness.

We provide our clients with a number of services that will help them become the best form of themselves physically. Some of these services are...

Strength Training

Whether you’re 100 lbs overweight or just need to lose the last 15, strength training is one of the most effective ways to burn fat and build muscle.

Speed and Plyometrics training is based around having muscles exert maximum force in as short a time as possible, with the goal of increasing both speed and power.

Olympic-style weightlifting is a discipline where one attempts a maximum-weight single lift of a barbell. Olympic lifts are used to train for both explosive and functional strength.

Fat loss targeted training uses a combination of healthy eating, aerobics and strength training to spark your fat-burning-furnace and absolutely melt body fat as quickly as possible.

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program with the aim of improving, among other things, muscular strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, and flexibility.

Healthy eating is not depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s about feeling great, having more energy, stabilizing your mood, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible.
