A LITTLE ABOUT ME
WHO AM I?
After years of training and competitions, I became the Junior Kung Fu Sanshou champion in Egypt. As a result, I was asked to join the Egyptian national team and began training for the Wushu, Kung-Fu world championship with the honor of being the youngest fighter ever taken onto the national team. It was during this period that I began training in kickboxing as well.
At the age of 20, I became the Senior Wushu, Kung-Fu champion of Egypt. I represented Egypt in the 1st international Afro-Asian Wushu Kung-Fu Championship, and won. I also participated in the Wushu Sanshou World Cup in China, and placed third.
Throughout my Kung-Fu Sanshou career, I continued to train and compete in kickboxing. I became the top ranked kick-boxer in Egypt in 2004. I continue to attend training camps for boxers to maintain and improve my skills.

- Strength and conditioning Trainer for the Junior Canadian Taekwondo ITF National team bronze medalist Ottawa Canada world champion ship 2012.
- Strength and conditioning Trainer for the Junior Canadian Taekwondo ITF National team for Italy world champion ship 2014 preparation.
- Strength and conditioning assistance coach for the kickboxing Egyptian national team 2008 preparation for the Arab championship in Syria.

Keeping fit and constantly improving are motto’s I adhere to. I began karate lessons at the age of eight, and Kung-Fu Sanshou at the age of 12, and immediately excelled. Shortly after, I began participating in competitions where at the age of 15, I won my first championship. For the past thirteen years, I have been a personal trainer, focusing on helping others achieve their fitness goals. Nothing fulfills me more than helping clients achieve the level of health and fitness that they desire.
